JOIN THE CREW

Project managers are the key to Crew Construction and become the trusted resource for each client. The main objective of this role is to coordinate residential projects with integrity, honesty and provide every client clear communication during each phase of the build, from beginning to end.

•  3 years direct sales experience (Prefer 2 years in roofing)
• Able to review the project virtually or onsite, based on the client's preference and comfortable with technology to properly communicate
• High level of customer services skills and ability to build relationships and network
• Interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people including office staff, field staff and entire crew
• Confidence and strong ability to succeed in sales
• Clear and detailed communication skills
• Physical endurance, this job requires in person roof inspections, ability to carry a ladder, and travel from each property throughout the day 
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean background

• Complete onsite property inspections, including the roof
• Coordinate with the production team to exceed all client expectations
• Schedule final site walk throughs with client and close out any invoices due
